Jason Feinberg specializes in technical patent prosecution solutions in Southern California . Dr. Feinberg assists attorneys and inventors with the many scientific and technical aspects of protecting intellectual property including troubleshooting basic patent application technicalities to complex research and drafting projects. He has handled patent applications in a wide variety of technologies, including molecular biology, biochemistry and medical devices and has additional experience in both industry and academia in arts ranging from organic chemistry to biophysics and practical mechanical and novelty devices.
Dr. Feinberg began in patent prosecution in 2005 following a post doctoral fellowship in the chemistry department at the University of California , San Diego . He is an accomplished research scientist with publications in high impact, peer-reviewed journals.
